From Doer to Self-Care - Our health is affected by our roles

  • 29Days
  • 3Steps

What is it that keeps us going? Is it just all the ups & downs of life? Why do we push on and think this is how life should be? Health problems such as exhaustion, hypothyroidism, low mood, zero energy, hormonal problems, sleep problems, overweight, etc. Can they also be linked to the learned roles we play? For six weeks we explore our inner roles and how they affect us, like opening a door to our inner landscape. Together we create a safe place to explore our roles and immerse ourselves in the woman's hormonal phases. We embrace a new wellness and a new lifestyle! For me, who has been a dedicated "Doer," this led to two burnouts and a difficult menopause. It took me time to realize that my learned behavior was affecting my health. Now I invite you to let go of the roles you no longer need and become your authentic self. During six occasions we will: - Learn to identify and understand our inner roles: "Doer," "Pleaser," "Victim," "Inner Critic," and "Controller." - Do practical exercises: Homework with practical exercises to help you integrate your insights and create positive changes in your life. These exercises can include mindfulness to center you. I use methods from the "Ninth Insight" by James Redfield and the shaman's teachings. - Presentation on "Hormonal imbalance after 40 years". - Share experiences in a community of like-minded individuals striving for health and self-discovery. The course is interactive and engaging, with discussions, exercises and practical tools that you can apply in your daily life. We will create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore and grow. Sign up now and take the first step towards a healthier and more balanced lifestyle! You are warmly welcome to participate in this exciting journey! With warmth, Veronica When: Sep 3, Sep 10, Sep 24, Oct 1, Oct 15, Oct 29 (If someone gets sick, the session will be moved to another date)
