Here, amidst the embrace of feminine energy, we uncover our unique strengths and intuitive powers, allowing them to radiate freely.
Exploring and understanding our true selves, recognizing patterns, and replacing roles that don't truly belong to us is crucial; we all deserve to live life to the fullest.
Throughout history, women have convened in sacred spaces to share wisdom, offer support, and heal wounds with nurturing care. In our retreat, we continue this tradition, creating a sanctuary where every woman's voice is heard, and every soul is uplifted. Join us on a journey of transformation as we break free from old patterns and reconnect with our primal power. Through heartfelt conversations, shared songs, and healing rituals, we journey deeper into our true selves and bring back the native medicine rituals. Enligt en gammal sägen från Anderna stundar dagen när 'kvinnan återtar sin själskraft', vilket markerar början på den sjätte mänskligheten, då det nya årtusendet är kvinnornas. Genom årtusenden har kvinnor mötts i kvinnocirkeln och heliga rum, där visdom delats, råd utbytts och sår läkts genom kärleksfull omsorg. Tillsammans skapar vi något unikt i systercirkeln.
Under våra dagar tillsammans kan vi förvänta oss allt från Bellydans, vagina steam bath, meditation, womb healing dessutom en spännande utflykt till byn Guadalest!
Shamansk healing utgör en kraftfull behandlingsmetod som påverkar på alla nivåer. Det är en djuptgående form av helande som omvandlar tung energi och löser upp blockeringar som hindrar en fri flöde av energi i kroppen.
Vi frigör präglingar som påverkat oss, har du växt med en doer? Pleaser? Kritiker? Då kan det bli ett mönster hos oss som behöver korrigeras. Vi ska lösa upp känslomässiga blockeringar som kan yttra sig som stress, ångest, depression och liknande. Dina hormoner påverkas av dina känslor och beteenden. Jag själv har växt upp som en doer och har haft trötta binjurar och 2-3 utmattningar under livet. Vi har fördjupade samtal om kvinnans tre viktiga övergångar och hennes hormoner och hur vi kan få balans i vårt inre, med våra arketyper och med hormonell balans ett bättre mående i livet.
Leds av mig, Veronica Deland med team Iris Alexandrov & Yvonne Reuiter. Vi guidar dig genom lager av år med pålagda roller, till att omfamna och vårda den feminina urkraft vi alla besitter. Expect a diverse range of activities in our Sacred Space with ceremonies, belly dancing, singing, whomb healing, herbal wisdom, vagina steam bath and discussions on women's transitions and hormonal imbalances.
