You have the right to harmonious hormones
Menopausal symptoms or involuntary infertility?
An imbalance in one's biochemistry, hormone production, and neurotransmitters can lead to various symptoms, such as mood swings, food allergies, weight issues, and infertility for both men and women. With a holistic approach, the root of the problem is identified and addressed through nutrition, diet, exercise, health assessments, and hormone therapy.

Veronica Deland has been assisting individuals with these issues for over 25 years, taking into account each person's individual situation, diagnosis, and lifestyle to achieve a common goal of improving overall health and managing conditions like PMS, menopause, diabetes, and thyroid problems. The ultimate aim is to collectively help you, the individual, achieve better health.
Not getting the right help?
Today, ill health is unfortunately more common than usual, and I see it daily in my friends with menopausal symptoms, friends' teenage daughters who start with hormonal contraceptives far too soon, reports of illness among colleagues and acquaintances trying to find their way back from stress and exhaustion.

When these people then seek help, they are often met with the answer "take a painkiller" and do not get the help they need. Regular care provides symptom treatment instead of seeing the cause of all the problems they have.
Stress, malnutrition, poor sleep, contraception and environmental toxins are just some of the various reasons hormonal imbalances can be due to. The imbalances can in turn lead to infertility, menopausal symptoms, prostate problems, estrogen dominance, insulin resistance, thyroid problems, fibroids and much more.

You can be sure that I will take your problem very seriously, and together we will get to the bottom of why you have the problems you have today.
PCOS TO PREGNANCY
Throughout my entire life, I've experienced the worst menstrual pain, where I've fainted and vomited. I've been told my whole life that it's just the way it is for some people. I sought help from a gynecologist who advised me to take birth control pills to keep track of when my period was coming so I could take painkillers to avoid fainting..

When I talked to Veronica, she told me about PCOS. Veronica helped me with a plan, and after just 1 month, the pain was completely different. I didn't need to take painkillers 8 times a day, curl up in the fetal position, and now I could work without vomiting or fainting. Three months later, I became pregnant, and now in March, I gave birth to my son.

How do I know if I have hormonal imbalances?
It is common for both men and women to experience hormonal imbalances caused by various factors such as lifestyle, stress, medication, diet, and illnesses. Therefore, it is important to identify what is what. This can be done by assessing any symptoms and by filling out Wcare's health form.
If necessary, it may also be appropriate to undergo health tests to ensure an accurate diagnosis, which may involve a simple blood test. Test facilities could include Werlabs, Blodkollen, Unilab (Lab in Sweden) or your healthcare center. I can assist you in choosing the right option based on your specific biochemistry and hormonal phase during your consultation.
